More than thirty years of gospel preaching, discipleship, and worship in two languages in Battle Ground, Washington.
From a handful of families to a thousand
Word of Grace grew out of the Slavic immigration wave of the early 1990s, when families fleeing persecution for their faith found a home in southwest Washington. What began as small gatherings in living rooms has become a congregation of more than 1,200.
Today we preach that same unchanging Word in both Russian and English — serving a new generation born here, while continuing to carry the gospel around the world.
Anchored in Scripture
We believe in the infallible Word of God, the Bible — all 66 books.
We believe in the Holy Trinity — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe man's purpose is to glorify God, enjoy His fellowship, and live according to His will.
We believe man was created sinless but, disobeying God, became enslaved to sin.
We believe salvation is wholly of God — by grace through faith in the redemption of Jesus Christ, not by works.
We believe all who trust in Christ are His spiritual Body, the Church, expressed in local congregations.
We believe in the Great Commission — to preach the gospel to all nations until His return.
